76 Capital is an Egyptian real estate investment company focused on sourcing, acquiring, structuring and managing institutional commercial real estate. We develop and sponsor regulated investment vehicles in partnership with licensed asset managers, while overseeing acquisitions, asset performance and property operations through our dedicated property management business, Nexus Property Management.
Our founding team's background is in operations, not capital markets — leading large-scale business transformations, asset optimization and property and facilities management across multiple industries. We believe disciplined operations are as important to investment performance as disciplined acquisitions, and that philosophy shapes everything we build.
